How long does it take to get paid?
Payments are processed within 24-48 hours after delivery confirmation. Funds are added to your wallet and can be withdrawn to your bank account anytime.
What are the fees for using DelivaHere?
We charge a small commission on each sale (typically 5-10% depending on your plan). There are no monthly fees or hidden charges. You only pay when you make sales.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are ready for delivery. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are automatically refunded to their wallet for cancelled paid orders.
How do I verify my account?
Complete KYC verification in your account settings. You'll need to provide business registration documents or valid ID. Verification typically takes 1-2 business days.
What payment methods do you support?
We support card payments, bank transfers, and USSD payments through Paystack. Customers can also pay with their DelivaHere wallet balance.
How do delivery charges work?
You can set your own delivery zones and prices. Delivery fees are added to the order total and paid by the customer. You keep 100% of delivery fees.
