How do I track my order?
Go to "My Orders" in your dashboard to view the status of all your orders. You can click on any order to see detailed tracking information.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Go to your order details and click "Cancel Order". If the order has already been shipped, please contact the merchant directly.
What if I received a damaged product?
Contact the merchant through the order page or reach out to our support team via WhatsApp. We'll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfers, card payments, and wallet payments through Paystack. Available payment methods may vary by merchant.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by merchant and location. Each product listing shows the estimated delivery time. Most deliveries within the same city take 1-3 business days.
Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
Currently, delivery availability depends on the merchant. Some merchants offer nationwide delivery while others serve specific areas. Check the product or merchant page for delivery information.

How do I become a merchant?
Sign up for an account and switch to merchant mode from your dashboard. You'll need to complete your business profile and KYC verification to start selling.
How do I receive payouts?
Add your bank account in the Payouts section of your merchant dashboard. Payouts are processed based on your payout schedule after orders are completed.
How do I manage my products?
Go to your merchant dashboard and navigate to "Products". You can add, edit, and manage your product listings from there.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
How do I verify my email?
